These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ToyPetMe: Pocket Pet World (the “App”), provided by Stellarizon Digitals Ltd. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own entertainment on devices you own or control.
Eligibility & age
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). It is family-friendly in tone and younger children may play under the supervision of a parent or guardian, but the App is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, tamper with, cheat, exploit, or disrupt the App or its services, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. Content you enter (such as pet names or chat messages) must not be offensive, infringing, or unlawful.
Virtual items
Ziblets and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted, reset or removed. They are provided solely for use within the App.
Advertising
The App is supported by advertising. By using the App you acknowledge that ads may be displayed and, where offered, that watching a rewarded ad grants in-game rewards.
Intellectual property
ToyPetMe, the ToyPet characters, artwork, names and all related content are owned by Stellarizon Digitals Ltd and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
Disclaimer & liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at our discretion.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
