Stellarizon Digitals Ltd (“we”, “us”) built ToyPetMe: Pocket Pet World (the “App”) as a free, ad-supported game. This policy explains what information the App handles and how your privacy is protected. We designed the App to collect as little personal data as possible.
Information we do NOT collect
The App does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or physical address, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Game data stored on your device
Your pet, progress, coins, streaks and settings are stored locally on your device only. If you uninstall the App or use its “Release”/reset option, this data is permanently deleted.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” (policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). On supported devices you can limit ad tracking in your device settings.
Optional online features
If you use the in-app Pal Chat, the text you send is transmitted to our servers and an AI provider to generate a reply. If you appear on the Palboard leaderboard, only your chosen pet name and score are shared. Do not include personal information in chat messages or pet names.
Age & children’s privacy
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is NOT directed to children under 13. It is family-friendly in tone, and younger children may play under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the higher minimum digital-consent age required in your country, such as up to 16 in parts of the EU/UK under GDPR-K). Advertising is served in a privacy-conscious way and, where a user is identified as a child or where otherwise required by law, is configured to request non-personalized / child-appropriate ads (including COPPA and GDPR-K compliance). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Because game data lives on your device, you are in control: reset or delete it any time from Settings. For questions about data handled by our online features, contact us at the address below.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
